By playing Scandal Hill you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Playing
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on your devices. Do not cheat, modify the app, use bots or exploit bugs, and do not use the game to break any law.
Coins, gems and other items
In-game currencies and items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are made through Google Play under its terms; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. We may change game content, balance and prices to keep the game fair and fun.
Your account
Your progress is tied to your install. You can delete it at any time from Settings. We may suspend an install that breaks these terms.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play means you accept them.
