Delete your Scandal Hill account
Scandal Hill has no sign-up: your progress belongs to your install of the game. There are two ways to delete it.
In the game (instant)
Open Scandal Hill → Settings → Delete my account → confirm. Everything our server holds for your account is deleted at once: the install identifier, player ID, progress summary, every cloud save, the Play Games link, gifts and test settings, and the progress saved on your phone. Other phones that continued the same village lose their cloud save too.
If you no longer have the game
Send this form (or email support@sharkz.app). Your player ID is shown in the game under Settings; if you do not have it, give an email address and we will work it out with you.
What is deleted, what is kept
Everything above is deleted, including your install's game events and crash reports (they leave our analytics at once and are erased within a day). Purchases are processed by Google Play, so payment records stay with your Google account under Google's policies; deleting your Scandal Hill account does not refund purchases.
